Summer 2008 Update
Posted on May 21, 2008
Much as been happening with Jesus Trail development over the past few months. Here are a few of the highlights:
Jesus Trail v2.00 - We have a new and improved version of the 60km route from Nazareth to Capernaum available on the website for download to Google Earth or your GPS. The trail is now organized into eight sections (J1-8) which can function as day hikes. View our route page.
Summer Volunteers - Matt and Nate will be around for two months working primarily to develop a printable data book which will offer hikers another resource that includes detailed directions and maps. This will also include all food and water sources, accommodations, points of interest and terrain information. We hope to have this resource packet online by mid-summer in PDF format. If you are interested in volunteering with the Jesus Trail, send us a message at volunteer@jesustrail.com.
